Lavender Hill is generous with its restaurant and bar offerings. Plenty of great coffee shops and a a selection of grocery stores.

Clapham Junction is a 15 minute walk as is Clapham Common. Battersea PowerStation and Park is a little longer, but of course worth it.

Easy and convenient bus routes to central.

Looking for a housemates who are happy to hang together, but not live each others pockets, keen for drinks and summer bbqs. The terrace is perfect for this! But by no means a party house.
