Rebecca Woodbine's room

The room is an attic room in a mid terrace house. There is shared living quarters and facilities with access to a bathroom with toilet, living room with tv which includes Netflix and WIFI, dining room, kitchen, separate fridge available, dishwasher. Bills are included.

There is a patio garden.

I am a live in landlady and live with a whippet dog that lives in the house and two cats that live in a utility room.

This is a residents parking area. A parking permit costs extra. There is one parking permit available for visitors

The location of the house is great for all aspects of life in Warwick to include 10 minutes from the train station, parks, gym, town centre, pubs and restaurants. I do have a room that is occupied as an office in the day by a professional office manager.

I am an art psychotherapist by profession. I enjoy and I have many interests including listening and playing music, cooking, walking, nature, driving, reading, art, films, tv series, history, documentaries and spiritualism.
