Ryan's room

A double room with wardrobe, bedside tables and bed has come available to rent. A shared home with one other and 2 cats. A large shared living room and large kitchen!

The room had plug sockets and socket for TV aerial.

As you can see there’s a large shared kitchen with full use of gas hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. All areas but the other two bedrooms are communal. Situated on a quiet one way road in Havercroft. The nearest train station is 10mins drive/20mins walk, and Wakefield & Barnsley city centres are a smooth 15minute drive. Happy to answer any questions at all. I will state unfortunately I can’t accept any pets (cats/dogs) due to having my own two cats. Fish/room bound pets can be considered.

It’s only myself living here currently though my partner does stay over some of the nights in the week. I work in children’s care working long shifts where I’m not home every night.
