Rossana's room

Hello everyone! 🤗

Our flatmate is leaving due to unexpected circumstances so a spacious and bright double room will be available from the 1st of November in our lovely flat in Wandsworth Town/Clapham Junction. The room is £800 per month without bills which are usually around 90/100£ per month in winter and less during Summer (this includes, council tax, broadband, energy and gas bills, and water bills). There is also a deposit to pay of £550. The room comes furnished, with the exception of the TV and its table. The house is managed by a private landlord who is very nice, references from previous tenancies or work might be required. Due to our current flatmate leaving us unexpectedly, you will be taking over their lease until June 2025, there’s a possibility this might be extended.

We do not have a cleaner, so we all make sure to look after the flat, leaving everything tidy and clean especially in shared spaces (kitchen, sitting room, bathroom).

Me and my best friend Mick have been living in this flat since 2022 and we have loved it so far. We are looking for someone in their mid/late twenties (similar age to us) who is fun, considerate, and clean. Ideally, someone who will consider this flat their home, would not mind sharing a cheeky glass of wine (or the all bottle) any now or then.

Me and Mick met at Uni, we both love arts, going to theatre, reading and traveling. I work in Sales and Mick is a Teacher Intern.
