Urgently seeking new flatmate to takeover my flatmates tenancy ASPA.

About the flat:

• Central location, opposite to Deansgate Station; 3mins walk to Sainsbury’s; 20mins walk to MMU/UoM
• You will have your own bathroom with bathtub
• massive shared living room, kitchen and a small balcony
• rent per month is £800; with additional bills (electricity, water and WiFi) at around £100 pp depending on usage
• the building has a gym and rooftop garden; pure gym is only 3mins walk away
• your room didn’t come with desk and chair, but the previous tenant has bought a table and left it in the space so feel free to use it if you like

About me:

• I’m on my 2nd year of master study in architecture
• Clean and tidy
• I sometimes invite my friends to come over for a meal but not a party person

About you:

• for council tax reason, I’m preferably looking for student (unless you’re willing to cover council tax of the flat)
• preferably a female who doesn’t smoke/ drink
• willing to be friends not just housemate, it’d be great if we can cook and hangout together occasionally
• willing to share house cleaning responsibilities to keep the place nice and tidy
• respectful of others personal space
• UK Guarantor needed for reference check
