I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The room is located in Oxley residence, Weetwood lane, Leeds, LS16 8HL. The room is single occupancy, but kitchen and washroom is shared. There’s a free gym, games room, living room and study room. The rent is £98 per week, including bills. A deposit of £250 is required. It’s a student residency, so the tenant would have to be a student. It’s easily commutable to all the universities in Leeds from the residency. Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you

The people in the residency are quite friendly, but can respect each other’s space and can keep themselves to themselves. I’m looking for someone who can take over the tenancy of my room.
