loran's room

the house consists of three floors. Ground floor is kitchen and living area, first floor is two bedrooms and bathroom and third floor is our bedroom and en-suite.

the picture shown is the double room and the single room is smaller but if same design minus double doors and balcony.

If two separate people rent then the bathroom would become shared.

however, if someone wishes to rent both rooms, use one a bedroom and one as a living room, we would happily rent the full floor out for £950 per month all bills included in this, if this was something you are interested in you would have your own living area, own bathroom, and the kitchen would be shared.

we both work part time, one is studying mental health nursing and one is studying fine art.

we do have pets, so this is something to consider when expressing interest. We would really like someone or two people who are on a similar wave length so it would be nice to meet those that are interested first to see if we would get along.

we have been together for 9 years, married for 5, Kas is trans and we would require someone to be respectful of this.
