I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room in my home. The property has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and conservatory. The rental room comes with a wardrobe, bed frame, mattress. Looking for someone to move in from the start of May, £500 per month (bills included) with one months rent upfront.

I’m Stefan, a live in landlord, who works at JLR and work in the office 5x a week. 25 years old. I am a clean, tidy, quiet and considerate house mate. I spend a lot of time out of the house at the gym, seeing friends & family and playing sports.
