Hello,

We are a friendly and relaxed household of friends who met through SpareRoom, but unfortunately, our lovely flatmate Maruša is leaving us.

What will you get?

• a lovely bedroom with a double-size bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table with storage space. Please note that it is next to the bathroom
• a 3-storey detached house
• double-glazed windows
• a comfortable lounge where we hang out and have dinner together
• a home office with plenty of space
• 1 toilet on the ground floor, and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor
• a well equipped kitchen
• a side and a back garden area - the back garden can be used for bike storage
• lots of local parking outside the property - permits can be obtained from the council
• a safe and quiet area that’s conveniently located between Battersea park, Clapham Junction, and Clapham Common tube stops

We are a really friendly bunch, and enjoy socialising with each other as well as staying connected with our other London friends. We also share a lot of the essentials around the house and treat it as our home.

Katya works as a grant manager at the Institute of Cancer Research and is a proud owner of too many plants and clothes (and bakes the best banana bread for the house). Hayley works in Human Rights and loves horror films and travelling (a new mug is often brought home to add to her growing collection). Bronagh works in publishing, gives great dating advice, loves listening to the radio and going on local walks (where she outsources delicious donuts).

We’re all quite different but share the love for good food, drinks, art and books.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate, who is keen to be part of house dinners and drinks.
