Hello my name is Hollie ! Looking for someone to take over my flat mates property as he is moving end of this month. Current tenancy end November 30th.

The flat is situated in castle field with a balcony that wraps around from living room to my room. The room available has a private balcony that has a stunning view over castlefield and sunset ! You will have the main bathroom to yourself ! Also includes underground secure parking !! Short walk into the centre and deansgate tram station. Dish washer and washing machine. The room comes furnished but can be flexible if you would like to bring your own or have anything taken out. Current flat mate owns the sofa and tv - happy to leave the sofa but tv will not be staying - so also flexible if you would like to bring sofa / tv but will be replaced if not. The rooms are large and flat is relatively sound proof - you can’t hear someone shouting you from the bedroom if you’re in the living room etc! Top floor flat and situated on corner with no neighbours. Area and other residents in the building are lovely ❤️

Flat mate is aiming to move out end of the month but can be flexible and move earlier if needed.

Council tax : £125 Bills including WiFi : £100-140 The current tenancy ends November 30th, last time we renewed landlords kept the rent price of £1650. There is also the possibility of someone taking over the entire tenancy as I am open to looking for other places but I am also happy to stay as it’s a lovely flat!

I work as a nurse doing day/night shifts. I enjoy going on hikes, gym, eating / going out. Love music - going out to see djs/ festivals. I enjoy socialising but also enjoy time to myself.
