Lesley's room

Large bay windowed room (25.8 square meters) with walk in wardrobe / storage, brand new bed and mattress, desk, chairs, wooden flooring, double glazing and period fireplace. Top floor, bright and sunny. Sharing with 2 other students. Modern kitchen, designer bathroom renovated last year with large marble titled shower and spacious laundry area (new Bosch washing machine and Bosch drier). Prospective flatmate must be clean and tidy, looking for non smoking female full time student, preferably final year or post grad. On Montague Street, in between Kelvingrove Park and Great Western Road, 5 mins to Glasgow university. Viewings possible end of July 2024.

Other flatmates are 2 full time students, non smokers, one male (computing science), one female (masters biology). Both flatmates are sporty, enjoy cooking and coffee (there is a top coffee machine in the kitchen). Bills for electricity, gas and internet are approximately £50 a month. Both flatmates are German / English speakers.
