Seeking a short term lodger for a lovely one bedroom house in Summerston.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need, plus a pretty garden and a driveway. There is a desk, flat screen Samsung TV, and the kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and air fryer as well as the usual appliances.

Summerston train station is an 8-min walk from the house. Regular trains get you to the city centre is less than 15 minutes. West End is 10 mins away by car or bus, and you can be in the countryside in 15 mins too.

The priced listed includes WiFi, but you will have to pay extra for gas, electricity, and council tax.

I am looking for someone to stay for 3 months minimum from beginning of June. You’ll have the place to yourself while I’m away travelling

I am 34 years old, self-employed, and love travelling. Which is why I’m looking for someone to come and stay for a short time.
