There will be noisy construction work around and on the building for much of the coming year during the day. It won’t affect you if you are outside the home during the day. It will include a couple of weeks work inside the flat in spring 2025. This work is to improve energy efficiency and safety.

Contract is for one year. Proof of income needed (can be benefits or guarantor). 🧑🏿‍💻 Could also fit a desk in the bedroom. 💺Furniture can be replaced with our/your own if we remove the old & leave a replacement of equivalent quality. 🖼We can put our own pictures up 🙂

🏘The flat is on the first floor with a lift. The corridors may be a bit tricky in a wheelchair. The cupboards etc are standard height.

There is a big green space, flowers and trees, shared with the rest of the block. There is also a lovely community garden nearby, basketball court, outdoor gym equipment, and river walks.
