Jen's room

Lovely large house, large garden, 3 dogs and a cat in the house so whilst pet friendly, not really room for any more. The room is a large room, and there are 2 living areas so we can separately watch tv and spend time alone when relaxing. There is internet and sky, a decent sized bathroom, all bills are included in the cost, inclusive of internet.

I am 37, I like a quiet life and I don’t drink, would like the same as I will not be able to cope with a noisy room mate, I am outgoing and bubbly, have a large circle of friends and am always ready to get to know people, but I also value my solitude. I am looking for a room mate that is similar, a professional, someone who is clean and whilst is friendly, respects boundaries.
