The flat is in Dalry, with fantastic bus connections to town. It’s right around the corner from Gorgie City Farm and is within walking distance of many great shops, parks and pubs. It’s a 10 minute walk away from Haymarket station and 5 minutes from Fountainpark, as well as walking distance from Tynecastle Stadium and Murrayfield if that’s your thing.

The available bedroom is an UNFURNISHED room with plenty of space for any bed (my current flatmate has a king sized bed, to give you an idea). It features a large in-built wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, and a wall-mounted electric radiator.

The living room is spacious and is already furnished with chairs, a sofa and TV.

The bathroom and kitchen are both modest in size, with all electric appliances (including the shower). I have a washing machine but no dryer.

The room will become available in the latter half of September.
