Quiet double room that comes furnished with a mattress, a desk and a wardrobe. The room faces the inner courtyard and is quiet. The bathroom and toilet room are shared as well as the living room/kitchen with one flatmate. It’s a 10min walk to Stoneleigh station and just in front of the bus stop - 20min to Kingston, 25min to Epsom and 30min to Waterloo with the train. There is an ALDI 10min away by foot. The rent is 637£ per month plus bills. Would consider student or professional female, pets and smoker eventually although the flat is non-smoking.

I am a female student, I keep the flat clean and tidy and am friendly and quiet. I have been living here for almost a year and it is a cosy place, with a great location to go to Epsom University or work in Kingston, for example.
