Located right in the heart of Shoreditch, a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street station and about 30 seconds from well known bars and pubs, it is a fantastic location at an affordable price.

Please note that this is a room at the back of a basement flat and therefore doesn’t have any windows. It has an air vent in the ceiling which connects to outside for ventilation. The room makes an ideal bedroom however as it is dark, silent and the same temperature all year round.

There are currently 2 other male housemates. The property features a huge communal living area, shared kitchen, a shower room and 2 toilets. The living room has a cinema projector which we use for watching sports / films on the wall.

The flat would ideally suit a young professional working nearby and looking to make use of the close proximity to the local amenities.

The room comes with wardrobe, drawers and bookcase. A double bed is also provided but you will need to bring your own mattress.

Move in date 1st August although you may be able to get in a day or two earlier.
