Room available in 9 bed student house!

Looking for a student in newcastle to take over a tenancy! After one of our flatmates has dropped out, we are looking for a male or female student in Newcastle to take over the tenancy of one room in our 9 bed house. There are already 4 girls and 4 boys and we will all be in our second year next year. The house is on the really lovely road Jesmond Vale Terrace in Heaton, and is super spacious with 3 bathrooms and a really big kitchen and living room. All of the bedrooms are double bedrooms with desks and wardrobes. It’s about a 35 minute walk to the Newcastle university campus, and less than 10 minutes to the closest metro station chillingham road. The cost is £406 a month including bills, so around £100 per week. The contract starts on the 7th of July 2022 and is a 52 week contract.
