This is a large detached house opposite a park with tennis courts.

The house is very cluttered and slowly undergoing improvements. I have listed it from 1 July to enable me to declutter a bit. But it could be available almost immediately.

There is a 232 bus stop outside which goes to Brent Cross and to interconnect with 32, 332, 245 and 182 buses. Dollis Hill Jubilee Line tube is about 15 minutes walk across the park. The nearby 245 bus connects with Golders Green tube on the Northern Line.

The rent is shown as not including heating costs as they could currently be very high and many people do not actually need a lot of heating.

I would ask you to make initial contact by text message to my phone number as I do not like to answer unknown or unidentified numbers as there are so many scammers.

I live in the house although often away. I am a very friendly and sociable English man who is mostly a retired electronics engineer. My main interests are walking, travel, eating out, parties, wine tasting music and dancing.

I would expect anyone coming to live here to be willing to take part in social activities. I sometimes have parties with food, music and dancing. Not very wild parties but more sedate and enjoyable.
