I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy! I thought I was staying in sheff for a Master’s but change of plans.. The contract is from 1st July 2022 until 30th June 2023. It is also all bills included and comes to 109pw. The flat has 6 rooms and it has 3 bathrooms and a big kitchen and living area. The bills are included in the rent.

The 6 people we rented this flat, we know each other very well and get along amazingly. There are now 4 girls and 1 guy, and we are looking for preferably another female to join us.
