The apartment is above garages so no other apartment above or below with the garage converted into a gym. It is a double bedroom with a bed only, you will need to have your own bedroom furniture. You will have your own bathroom with shower. I am away half of the month so the apartment will be solely yours for half of each month. On-site parking is available. There are bus stops within 5 minute walking distance for buses that will take 10 minutes to get you to Leeds City Centre and a taxi to Leeds City Centre is around £10. The rent is £300 and the bills will be £125 but this may increase due to the energy prices rising.

I work for Leeds City Council and work from home most days. I am only home for half of the month.
