Close to Strathclyde uni, 15 mins walk. We have a Lidl shop 1 min walk. 4 mins walk to Bellgrove train station. All furnitures comes with the flat, including big oven, air frier, capsule coffee machine, smart tv, drier and more. Both the living room and kitchen are very spacious. There’s also open air parking. The bill is not included in the rent, would be around £30 per person per month.

We have a lovely three bedroom flat looking for one more flat mate. The flat is filled with mature students, so mature student preferred. Flat would be available starting May 31st.

This is a rented flat, thus please be responsible. 1.Strictly no 🍃 or any illegal substance in the house. 2.Pet is also not allowed, sadly, coz I love cats so much. 😢 3.Please, no regular parties. Some fun is always nice, but please don’t be too regular.

Short time stay is negotiable, however, the shortest rent period is 3 months, starting June to August.

I know all those requests sounds like very harsh, but everyone stays here consider the flat home. Some shared rules are key to make a flat homey. ♥️ We are all very nice and friendly, would love films/ games a lot.
