I have a studio accommodation available from 18 June to 27 August, 2022 the details are as below, the reason I am wanting to end my tenancy is because I have an internship at another city. The location is Vita Student Circle Square Manchester, for some reason the Map is showing incorrect location.

The facilities are: It is a studio apartment which will be fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and a private kitchen equipped with a microwave , oven toaster, kettle, hobs ,extraction hood, television and includes all bills such as water heating, electricity, wifi and gym , use of common rooms which can be booked for events, free events every evening , free breakfast five days a week, once in two weeks cleaning plus 24*7 free coffee, and content insurance. All of these are included in the weekly rent. You can also rent cycles for free. The building is very secure and has lovely staff.

The booking will be done through Vita where my contract will end early and the new resident will take up a contract with Vita directly for the remainder of the term, The contract takeover and payments will go through VITA directly. I will be paying for the admin charges if any.

The location is perfect with lots of shops and is very well connected. It is one of the best places to stay in Manchester. Rent is 326pw

But it is only for Students with a student id card or a student visa. Students on internships/placements can also stay here!
