Sauchiehall Street

2 bed furnished flat in Finnieston. My flatmate is moving out in July and I’m looking for someone to take over her spot on the lease.

Flat has large living room and kitchen. Private front and back door. Large shared garden space in back garden, small concrete patio out front. Basement flat. Shared bathroom. Right next to Kelvingrove park. Bus stop that takes you to city centre right outside the flat. 5 mins walk to exhibition centre train station.

I would be the only other person living in the flat. I’m 20, 2nd year UofG politics student. I don’t smoke but not opposed to flatmates who do.

I’m chatty but I like my own space too. I spend a lot of time out of the flat. I’m into poetry, politics, fashion and reading.

Ideally I’m looking for a female or non-binary flatmate aged 18 to 22. Would also be more than happy to share with men too (same age range preferred). Happy to share with people under 30 as long as they are students or are happy to pay the entire council tax bill
