About the room
I have a 2 double bedroom / 2 bathroom ensuite reserved in one of Manchester’s newest and most highly rated apartment complexes with a move-in date of 8th April 2022 (pets allowed). Looking for someone to take the 2nd room :)
The apartment is full of light and is found on the 13th floor with nice views (see video - the actual apartment is the exact same but 1 floor lower).
The apartment complex is a 15-minute walk or 8-10 min by tram to Manchester City Center and approx 35 min walk or 12-15 min by tram from MediaCity (Cornbrook Tram Station is a 4 min walk away)
The complex includes a rooftop terrace and running track, community area and relaxation areas
The apartment is £1340 + £30 for hi-speed broadband per month (so £685 per person per month - excludes water and council tax). Ideally looking for a nonsmoking, friendly, tidy professional.
About the roomies
I am a professional in my 30s, Irish and working in recruitment marketing/ employer branding for one of the big tech companies.
I am quiet, tidy, friendly, nonsmoker, social drinker and love music / cinema, watching sports, the theatre and cooking.
