There is parking to the front of the property and a yard to the back that is well maintained. behind the property there are allotments which back onto the Fallowfield loop, so easy access to green space in the city. The bedroom is located on the first floor and comes with a double bed, a desk, draws and two built in wardrobes, one with hangers and one with shelves. There is a spare bedroom that is used for storage, as an office and to keep the pet bunnies in. The living room is a good size, has a large comfy sofa and provides a nice space to relax with friends. The kitchen was renovated last year and has been kept nice and clean since. There is a shared bathroom downstairs that includes a shower, toilet and sink and storage space.

Only one other flatmate - a mature female student with a love for animals, plants and gaming. Completing final year at uni so likely to be studying plenty but it doesn’t take much to persuade me to have a good time, friendly, chatty and tidy!
