About the room
Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished flat in the West End near Yorkhill Hospital. There is spare parking space available in a secure car park.
Flat boasts a large tv in the lounge with access to netflix amazon prime and now tv. Also has fast 100+Mb internet access. The room is fairly average sized with large built in wardrobes and a comfy king sized bed. Kitchen has all the usual domestic appliances.
Plenty of additional storage space available in the property.
All bills including gas, elec, internet and council tax. Would represent great value for young professional currently paying council tax.
About the roomies
Staying with a 33 year old guy. Pretty relaxed. Past the age of heavy partying. Would prefer non-smokers. My work goes on till quite late so usually get in around midnight.
