Hi! I am a chilled out 25 year old professional guy, looking to rent a decent flat in Manchester central or Salford Quay.

I am a pretty clean and tidy guy who likes to socialise, mostly like to have chilled nights in and sometimes mad night outs..

I am a geek when it comes to architecture and construction projects and start up business projects etc. I love going on night walks and drives. I love action/horror movies to bits :) Also, i am a pretty easy going and intellectual guy so would be good to find someone on the same level.

Ideally I am looking for a flatmate who is chilled out but also understands the basic norms of living with people i. e. Keeping the kitchen and bathroom etc clean. Also, would be good to have someone who works from office and not home.

I have just starting a new job in city centre and i am looking to buddy up with someone and maybe share some links to flats that we both like. My moving in date would be around 01/01/2022. I have been looking at some new flats and we could potentially find some decent flats around £650pcm (+/- 5%) including bills. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 22 and 28 years old.
